Het Depot is looking for a full-time ticketing and volunteer coordinator (f/x/m)

Het Depot organizes about 150 concerts per year in its own venue, along with a few festivals (M-IDZOMER, and&, COOL Festival), and is therefore a well known player within the Belgian music scene. Apart from organizing concerts we work hard on stimulating musical talent and optimizing performing opportunities for artists. 

Job description 

• With more than 3000 volunteer shifts (bar, ticket scan, backstage, catering, reception, etc.) per year, our volunteers are an essential part of Het Depot. As the coordinator you are their go to person.
• You will take actions to recruit new volunteers, with special attention to aspects such as inclusion and diversity. You know where and how to target and find the groups and how to address them.
• You take care of planning all shifts: for every concert we need about 10-20 volunteers. You make up a tight & diverse schedule and thanks to you, everybody knows what to do.  
• You and your colleagues make everybody feel welcome (volunteers & public). Het Depot wants to be an open space where everyone feels right at home.  
• You take care of the (mainly online) ticket sales. You answer the public’s questions regarding the purchase of their ticket and make sure everyone is able to access ticket sales. You know the latest in ticketing to optimize the customer journey.
• You will report sales figures on a regularly basis to the staff.
