Closing Party Leuven Pride

Leuven Pride belongs to everyone. On Saturday, September 26, we’ll take to the streets together for an inclusive march, led by the queer community of Leuven and beyond.

Leuven Pride doesn’t end when the parade and the square show are over. We’ll wrap up Leuven Pride with an afterparty at Het Depot. Expect DJ’s. Drag. Disco. House. Hyperpop. Queer club sounds. And one big dancefloor until 04:00.

Music by:

DJ Richie 4Fingers

DJ Richie 4Fingers has been rocking dance floors since the ’90s, in Belgium and far beyond. Expect feel-good house, soulful grooves, jackin’ beats, and UK garage, with the occasional completely wild musical outburst. From Leuven to Amsterdam, Oslo, Brussels, and back to hometown Leuven: Richie makes sure of one thing everywhere he goes: dancing with a big smile.

DJ Gentle Mayhem

For the past 8 years, Gentle Mayhem have been the resident DJ duo behind Emo Night Belgium, where they treat older millennials to their favourite emo, pop-punk and rock tracks from the noughties. On other stages, their setlists are hard to pin down to a single genre: from My Chemical Romance to Shania Twain, Charli XCX to Vanessa Carlton, they’ll pull out all the stops to get the crowd dancing and, above all, singing along until the early hours!

DJ Straight Again

Just as chameleons change colour and Zeus changes form, dj Straight Again mixes and blends (electronic) music genres and sexual identities as if it were nothing. Baile funk, gay, (hyper)pop, queer, jersey, bisexual, R&B, straight; you name it, he'll play it! Because DJ Straight Again is always danceable, always unique.

DJ Donna Bummer

Donna Bummer is a Brussels-based DJ known for blending the funky, groovy spirit of disco with the warm, soulful energy of classic house. Her sets radiate pure joy: hypnotic basslines, booty-shaking rhythms and a deep love for the queer roots that helped shape house music. Taking her first steps behind the booth with Antwerp collective All The Lovers, she became a familiar face within the queer scenes of Antwerp and Ghent, where she further developed her sound.

Drag show by

Georgy Gorgeous

Georgy Gorgeous will take you on a wild ride during the Leuven Pride Closing Party. With a healthy dose of humor, energy, and a keen sense of timing, Georgy knows better than anyone how to draw an audience into a story. Expect a warm, surprising, and above all… No. Expect the best night of your life!

Susan from Grindr

Susan from Grindr is your favourite drag auntie from your favourite app. She is that one queen that makes you think 'oh my god is that old hag still performing?' Yes! Artrithis has never stopped her from doing handstands on stage, and it never will. After having graced the stages at almost all prides in Belgium (even Charleroi!), it is now time for Leuven Pride to discover the essence of Susan. Spoiler alert: it's gonna get wet.

Ijzerhard

(Pole) dancer, instructor at DC Pole, and lover of a good queer party; Ijzerhard joins us at the afterparty to wrap up Pride in festive style. Their performances exist somewhere between watching and being watched, between giving and taking, between the hardness of metal and the softness of the body.

Puki Harana

Puki Harana is a Brussels-based Drag Queen of Filipino origin, a professional dancer, choreographer, and, like every good Filipino, she can’t help but sing too!

Through her art, Puki channels The Ancient Queerness of the Babaylan: the genderfluid spiritual leaders from precolonial Filipino culture. With movement, music, and divine energy, she embodies a powerful blend of beauty, spirit, and unapologetic expression.

Fanny von Dutch

After a failed career in creative plumbing and a brief stint in deep-sea oyster fishing, Fanny Darling had only one option: to slip on her late grandmother’s stripper heels and take the stage. The result: first place in Queer Leuven’s own “How’s Your Drag?” and the first to be eliminated from The Agenda’s “B*tch Idol” - anything but average. No one knows what her next move will be, least of all Fanny herself!

Piss Fungus

Pissfungus is a shapeshifting drag alien from planet S.3.XXX who crash-landed on Earth over 118 years ago. Filthy & freaky: here to show you what true horror looks like. Bringing a healthy dose of high energy, chaos, and extraterrestrial nonsense.
